What I would like even less is losing Mitchell and then also losing Peters because of the slow play.

You know what? Chicken butt.
Still have a shot at the LB from GA though as well. (I've heard talk about him not being quite as big for a MLB but I don't buy it.). So that gives 2 back ups if he is a Nole.
Seems like we are playing our cards perfect to me.

Rumblings with regards to Peters that grades are an issue, and he's in the middle of rectifying those issues... so he's kind of in essence slow playing himself. If the scholarship doesn't happen, it wasn't meant to happen. He's been on campus plenty of times though and those grade issues seem to be motivating him in the classroom. It'll be exciting if he Peters can earn that scholarship offer off the field.
A number of question marks with regards to recruiting the LB position this year, but hoping Teradja can add some exclamation points

I was going to say this before the most recent article and quotes but he just seems like he's Tallahassee bound. A bummer if true and I am not an expert. My thoughts are based off of him being "torn" between the two and still going to visit Tallahassee again. I think that will seal the deal. Now add the recent quotes from him about FSU and it seems that the ship has sailed although Urban isn't going to give up.

You could be right. I don't recall. I know that I was much more confident in landing Cox. As with most of my posts in this forum, I'll say that I have no inside info. I am definitely not one of the much appreciated BP recruiting team and I don't subscribe to any recruiting services.

Just it seems, IMHO, that there are some similarities, though it can mean absolutely nothing at all in the world of recruiting

Yeah. Cox called Georgia home because it was his home. When a NC kid calls Tallahassee home it's a different story.

Its a little different, because Mitchell is from VA, and more specifically VA beach. And FSU has done quite well in that region that past few recruiting cycles. And several of Mitchell's close friends became Noles last year

You gotta go back to 2012 to find a FSU class without a highly rated VA prospect.

That's a tremendous run of recruiting in one area by a school that's not in the same region.
