Remember when sports heroes were just sports heroes? You didn't know every stupid thing they did, said, or thought. There weren't millions of minions hanging on their every word, as if being a good athlete makes you knowledgeable about anything else.

LeBron is all about equality and justice in America. But he has no problem being in bed with Nike and Chinese labor abuses.
When he denounces that relationship I'll take his concerns here as more than virtue signalling to further his brand. Both positions are self-serving.
