NBA super LeBron James revealed Tuesday on his HBO talk show “The Shop” he was uncomfortable when he had to adjust to being around white people when he first entered high school.

James, who hosts the show which vows to have “spirited, free-flowing discussions," attended St. Vincent-St. Mary’s Catholic School in Akron, Ohio, as a basketball prodigy. He said upon entering school, he didn’t have any desire of talking to any of his white classmates as he was there to play basketball.

“When I first went to the 9th grade in high school, I was on some ‘I’m not f------ with white people,’” James said. “I was so institutionalized growing up in the 'hood it was like, ‘They don’t f--- with us, they don’t want us to succeed.’”

James said he was only focused on playing basketball.

“So I’m like, ‘I’m going to this school to play ball and that’s it. I don’t want nothing to do with white people,’” he said. “That was my initial thoughts and my initial shock to white America, when I was 14 years old, for the first time in my life. It took me a little while to adjust to it.”

Maverick Carter, James’ best friend and longtime business partner, said in the end it didn’t matter because everyone ended up becoming best friends anyway, according to TMZ.

James added that his white classmates were responsible for teaching him what a pantry was.

“Bread, cereal, chips, doughnuts, all that s--- is on top of the refrigerator,” he said. “When I got to high school was the first time I knew about a pantry.”

LEBRON JAMES'WASN'T F**KING WITH WHITE PEOPLE'... Until I Gave Them A Chance

LeBron James says white people were an acquired taste for him ... because he didn't always feel like he wanted to be around them.

James' conversation show, "The Shop," premiered on HBO Tuesday night and, while flanked with stars like Jon Stewart, Odell Beckham Jr. and Vince Staples, LBJ talked about life at his mostly white, exclusive, private school in Akron, Ohio.

LeBron candidly admits that when he first got to Akron's St. Vincent-St. Mary, he had no intention of communicating or befriending his caucasian classmates.

"Took me a while to adjust to it ... I was like, I'm not f*cking with white people, that was my initial thought to white America."

James explains where these ideas came from ... telling the guys his upbringing conditioned him to be distrustful of white people, which represented oppression to him since he grew up disadvantaged.

Cavaliers to replace LeBron James banner with one honoring statue

The Cleveland Cavaliers didn't take long to come up with plans to replace LeBron James' iconic Nike banner with a massive new installment that will celebrate one of the city's most recognized landmarks.

The Cavs announced Friday that they will unveil a new banner next month depicting the face of the sandstone Guardian of Transportation statue that flanks Cleveland's Hope Memorial Bridge downtown. The banner will be 110 feet tall and 210 feet wide.

I think they’ve already started the clock where Lebron demands youth be traded for an aging veteran.... maybe the cavs can get a first rounder and someone else for Smith

First move to add a fast declining over the hill vet through free agency. Tyson Chandler.

Im sure a coaching change is on its way too. 4-6 and just got mopped up at home by a Kawhai less Raptors team.
