Los Angeles Lakers (17x NBA Champions)

Portland has become my surrogate team since I live just south of Portland. It was hard seeing them look so wretched, but I WAS pulling for the Lakers. I must admit that it has been joyous for me to watch them since Gasol joined. The flow, the chemistry, and the confidence is a pleasant site to see after the last couple years.

I have to admit I found the competition between Kobe and Outlaw VERY interesting in the fourth. Rather heated.

I hope they Lakers don't get back into the habbit of waiting 3 quarters to start playing, they did that during their championship years, be down by 10-20 halfway through the third and then go on a run. Fun to watch but frustrating at the same time.

That Portland team will be scary next year, they are young so they need some conditioning, but with Oden getting healthy, that team, you are looking at a 50 win team next year.
