playing Nicholls St tonight and i'll be stuck at work.

it's fucking Mardi Gras day! this is supposed to be a holiday
Lol, no doubt. I wanted to come on to Tigalaya and talk about my Mardi Gras meal but had too many hurricanes.

Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo, Crab and Corn soup, Cayenne toasts with sun-dried tomato spreand and lots of Hurricanes!

Finished up with Coffee with Chickory from Luisianne. I dropped the ball by not having a dessert  Ran out of time.

Edit: my short list for desserts was Bananas Foster, Louisiana Bread Pudding with Soft Cream and Rum Sauce, and Bittersweet Chocolate Cake with Custard.

LSU update: The Tigers traveled to Houston, Texas to participate in the Shriners Hospitals for Children College Classic. It was not a good trip for the Tigers as they dropped games to TCU and Texas Tech while defeating Baylor

The March 7th game vs San Diego State was rained out. They then dropped a road contest to in-state rival McNeese State 5-4

LSU returned home to sweep Wichita State. They beat Louisiana College and then lost in 15 innings to New Orleans University.

The Tigers then opened SEC play with a 3 game sweep of Georgia before losing to SE Louisiana to finish 7-2 on their homestand.
