Apparently, we didn't ship them off to Sacramento, but we did keep them out of the AAU. You know because when Ohio State says jump, Princeton, MIT, Chicago and all the rest say, "how high, sir?"

I'm just hoping Kansas Wake Forest State takes them out in their first game.

Jeezus, the media's wailing and gnashing of teeth over 18-14 Syracuse being left out is killing me. Isn't it enough that half of the schools in so-called power conferences get bids? It wasn't long ago that teams with 13+ losses had no shot at an at-large bid. Now we have multiple teams like that getting in, and for some it's still not enough.

Frankly, I'd rather some teams get rewarded for great seasons despite getting upset in their conference tourney than the 8th place team in a big conference who is only over .500 because they mowed down some cupcakes in December.

Illinois State had a great season (27-6, 17-1). Lost to Witchita State in regular season and conference championship. This isn't exactly the Missouri Valley of maybe the past few years, but a team like that should get in. Coach was rightfully pissed, in my opinion.

Yeah. I saw that earlier on another site. The ISU coach just looks a lot like Lane. At least his twitter cartoons do.

I'm in.

Team Doesn't Matta Had Sex is ready to finish in the lower 28% (roughly 11th out of 14.) My college basketball viewing has been on the decline the past five or so years. My brackets have trended the same way but I did have a good bracket like six years ago...

All of this seems familiar.
