Unexpected and a bit odd. I'll be interested to see how this proceeds from now until signing day.
Was thinking the same... nonetheless, Welcome to the fam Bryson. Not much to say yet, as I still need to watch some film on this surprise commit. But welcomed addition still

After watching his Junior film, I'm much more impressed with him as a DB. I like his coverage skills and instincts, and he'd be an asset in the CFB, spread offense climate. If were able to keep his commitment, get Cross, I can see Hickman possibly bulking up to play OLB(which in essence, Shaw could as well) and the staff can keep pursuing the top end LBs for luxury and not necessity, and Chambers is also a guy who has the opportunity to also play LB as well.
I can see this being a Grinch type of defensive player, speed kills, and find him a spot anywhere in the back 7. Good, solid pickup, and I agree he could shoot up the rankings this summer, very talented kid from a talented part of the country. Crabcakes and football!
