I was wondering what ESPN was calling this Saturday. I was thinking "Early Chirstmas for the Buckeyes Saturday"!

Miami ... here's your lovely parting gift, goodbye.
VaTech ... thanks for being a part of the BigEast, get out.
FSU ... happy birthday daddy, spank!

BTW, did you catch KWII's interview after the game?!?!? WOW! Open mouth and remove ALL DOUBT. Everyone in the media is BLASTING him ... except for the "Boz". That figures.

It should've been called "Shi'ite Saturday", because everyone was saying, "Shi'ite! Look at all the top-6 BCS teams that lost!" No doubt we will be #3 in the next BCS poll...

The Miami loss put a smile on my face. The Va Tech loss made me crack open a beer, well on second thought, the fact that it was Saturday made me crack open a beer. The Florida St. loss at the hands of Clemson was icing on the cake. How great was it to watch 2 Florida teams self-destruct on the same day.

Saturday's meltdown was incredible - Fitzgerald running around Va Tech's DBs near the end of the game as if they were not there, KWII, Bobby Bowden not even knowing one of his star defenders was thrown out of the game until he was being interviewed at halftime. Just win, baby.

I heard that for OSU to get to the sugar Bowl Washington State will have to lose one of their remaining games. Anyone know if this is true?
Does the quality of a win mean anything in the BCS? What I'm asking is if OSU wins by 20 instead of 6, does it matter? If it does then J.T. should've tried to score on our last possesion against MSU.

Quality wins do count in the BCS, margin of vicotry does not. The reason OSU needs WSU to lose is because they are giving SC a Qualtiy win bonus (just like they did for tOSU last year). Without that bonus it would be much easier to see OSU pass them for the Sugar bid. There is a decent breakdown on the SC board of how all that works out.
