MI DB Terry Richardson (Michigan Signee; Transfer to ?)

Actually announcement has been moved to Thurday @ 11:45. Being a Cass Tech kid, I'll assume that he chooses Michigan. However, his original plan was to choose somewhere down south, and I still haven't heard anything that expressly had him choosing Michigan. We'll just have to see.

It's pretty much a done deal. If he goes through with the announcement on Thursday (seems like it changes every hour, lol), it'll be for Michigan.

I'm very intrigued to see how Terry develops in college. When Nick Saban and Jim Tressel (along with Stoops, Ferentz, Tom Bradley, others) offer you as a cornerback, chances are you're a pretty dang good football player. But at the same time...he's tiny. He can probably get up to 180-185, and maybe he'll push 5'10, but we'll see. I was stunned when OSU offered him, actually.

Buckeye fans, I'm almost positive Tressel never recruits this way, but is it possible he offered Terry in an effort to entice Ross too?

Most insiders say that the staff refuses to do package deals, etc. We went crazy last year with linebackers.....Grant(#1lber), Shazier(took from Florida, looks so explosive, Price and Crowell. I think we could actually take just the one we have and be done and add to the fact that 60% or more of the time we only have 2 on the field it just doesnt add up to have that many linebackers on the team. The staff wants one more(Odenigbo) . Go

Cooper used to do that (Katzenmoyer and Kirk), but Tressel really hasn't. The package deals almost never work in real life, anyways.

One thing that has happend is that while recruiting one kid, another kid has popped out on film. Etienne Sabino and Travis Howard (same recruiting class), Terelle Pryor and Jordan Hall (different recruiting classes) come to mind. Other examples might be Steve Miller and Se'Von Pittman or Kenny Hayes and Chris Wormley (boths sets in different recruiting classes), though Pittman and Wormley stand on their own merit just as well as their predecessors.

his size is concerning to me, but he definitely has a who's who of offers on the table. I guess they know more than me

He looks to be closer to 5'10" than 5'7.5"

R to L: Terry Richardson (?), Shane Morris (6'3"), Mario Ojemudia (6'2"), James Ross (6'1")
