To all fellow Canes real or imagined ...
Whatever happens this horrible and clearly fallacious story must be kept away from Cowherd's eyes. Only yesterday he was praising Da "U" as the best example of a reformed program and it's all Coker's doing!! (He was running down those Buckeyes at the time, something about Holmes and his five mistresses and - I forget - maybe twelve kids out of wedlock I think. Then they had him jay-walking in the street in Miami Beach and pistol whipping some local schmoes, and Tressel didn't suspend him did he? - Even though he wasn't a student any longer and wasn't on campus, but that's the Bucks for you, nothing compared to Da "U") ...

Per ESPN News.

RB Tyrone Moss, WR Ryan Moore, LB James Bryant and WR Rashaun Jones have been suspended by Larry Coker. They will not play in the Florida State game, (Monday night Sept. 4th), and Moore will be also suspended for the second game.

Coker said all suspensions were from the same incident, and were for a violation of team rules.

Larry Coker has announced Ryan Moore is now suspended from the team indefinitely for a violation of team policy. It's uncertain if Moore will be back at all.

Hurricanes suspend receiver

University of Miami receiver Ryan Moore has been suspended indefinitely by coach Larry Coker for violating team policy. Moore already had been suspended for the first two games. Coker said the suspension could be lifted depending on what coaches learn about the situation that prompted the punishment. Moore is a fifth-year senior who opted to return to the Hurricanes instead of turning pro early.

College life.......

............those were the good ole days.

Newest Canes adjusting to college atmosphere

CORAL GABLES, Fla. -- There they were, minding their own business and dutifully watching practice film when some upperclassmen began to urge Miami's four fab freshmen from Northwestern High to check out their new uniforms in the locker room downstairs.

"They're like, 'Your new jerseys, they've got your name on it and everything. Go see them,'" defensive tackle Marcus Forston remembered with a smile.

Unable to resist the trap, Forston and fellow freshmen Jacory Harris, Aldarius Johnson and Sean Spence all headed downstairs to find two of their bikes stuffed into bathroom stalls and toilet-papered and two more hung up and taped to giant pillars. (It required scissors and a little teamwork to get them down). Spence was observant enough to catch the "booby trap" rigged above Johnson's locker -- a cup of water -- before it spilled.

"We were laughing," Forston said. "Just part of being a freshman."

These players, though, chose to enroll at Miami early and get their initiations over with now.

Spring football practice began Feb. 26 at Miami, and eight of the Hurricanes' 32 incoming freshmen left their friends, families and high school classmates behind to be there. It's a trendy move urged by coaches -- and sometimes parents, too -- in order for the young players to get acclimated to campus, classes and, of course, Division I-A football.

There is a tropical storm brewin' off the South Florida coast...

You think Uncle Randy and the gang are going to let you fools in CANESville get comfy...don't think so.

The seeds are already planeted...'Canes got talent...just real young. Three years. You have three years to get your jollies off while you can, because it ain't lasting much longer than that.

In three years, Canes gonna have #1 RB in the nation and potential Heisman winner in Bryce Brown, best linebackers, best safeties...its comin...just lettin you know now so you ain't shocked.

You don't watch much Miami football.

OL is fine.

Going to be even better this year. Orlando Franklin, Joel Figueroa, Xavier Shannon, Harland Gunn + Patrick Hill + Stable of backs = dominant running game.

'Canes are going to clean hose on offensive line in recruiting this year, might land Xavier Nixon, couple him on the bookends with Ben Jones...'Canes got nothing to worry about on offensive line as long as they shore up the left tackle spot with a recruit, and they will get someone.

You know nothing.

LOL @ anyone but Bryce Brown as the #1 runner in the country. He was the best back in the country as a JUNIOR...never mind senior...its wrapped up at that point. I have several games that were just sent to me by Brian Butler from his sophy and junior seasons...not highlight reals, but game tape...the kid is sick. Last night, watched a game where he had as many touchdowns as he had touches.

Reggie Bush + Bo Jackson = Bryce Brown

Also, best work ethic of any high school football player I've ever heard of.

Lamar Miller is also better than Cierre Wood.

I share the sentiment of the quoted individual.

He really is the best HS runner I've seen. Only thing he lacks is blocking.

He is a Brown...while you haven't heard of him yet, nor probably his brother...they are machines...literally. The right people behind him, just born and bred for football.

Arthur is a MF'n beast. Maybe the few Miami fans and AoB have seen the Miami spring game, kept up with practice, but Arthur Brown is legit. While his LB instincts are behind Sean Spence a little bit, he is the second coming of DJ Williams, and is much better than him at this point in each of their careers. He is a heat seeking missile to the football. He hits a little high right now, but no one breaks an Arthur Brown tackle. Once he hits you, its over.

I suggest finding some way to acquire or watch Bryce Brown this year. The kid is just sick.

Jesus, one recruiting class and Miami fans think they should be handed the NC trophy right now.

For the record, AllOutBlitz on there is actually Jacquez Green, a former WR for Florida who played on their NC team.
