teammates at Dayton-Chaminade- JT visited both right before sigining day- both seem to be leaning to tOSU

Ringer is considered the top RB in Ohio 5-10 and some reports now have him over 210-He runs a 4.5 40- He rushed for 2158 yds and 25 TD's- 10yds per carry in '03- Grades could be the issue with Javon

Harrison could be the no. 2 or 3 DB in Ohio behind Jamario- Harrison's stats: 5-10, 190 lbs., 4.45 in the 40, 4.15 shuttle, 32 inch vertical. He has been described as a "Natural corner"

I've heard nothing but good things about Ringer. If Ray Williams sticks with West Virginia you have to believe Javon is offered as long as he can qualify.

I'd really like to land Harrison but if we land Myers-White to go along with O'Neal I'm not sure there is any room. I've been on both sides of the too many DB's/You can't ever have too many DB's argument.

i think we should offer both,, ringer looks like a star, and it looks like harrison is to good to pass up..

Ringer and Harrison both want to commit before the season. Ringer seems to favor OSU without exactly saying it, and Harrison claims to be noncommittal but is going to OSU for NIKe and senior camp. My guess is both will be Bucks by summertime. As long as Ringer's grades are OK.

iubuck, i disagree with ringer being a star. if we land an oos rb ringer might not even get an offer. does that sound like a star to you?

If Ringer's grades are in shape, he'll get an offer. He's one of the top RB's in the midwest.

    ringer vids

i posted 11 short film clips of javon ringer tonight. they are in the link at the bottom of this post. all the film posted tonight is from the 2003 season against massillon. ringer totally dominated the tigers, the really old guys that sit behind me and the cbg were impressed. i also compressed two brandon harrison video clips tonight but i will upload them at a later date (ideally this weekend) at the same site.

the new videos are the last ones in the archive as always.

you do need to register (free) with sony imagestation with a valid email account to get in to see the film but it only takes the email addy and activation (clicking on a link in an email they send you if i recall).

anyways, enough typing and on to some linking.

EDIT: for some reason these links aren't working for me off of this post yet they are all working links off of my website or via copy and paste. who knows why it isn't working for me off this post. if it isn't working for you simply copy and paste the http link into your address bar and hit enter. any advice on why my dumb ass can't make this link work for me by clicking on it would be appreciated.

Ringer ought to send the Massillon game film to college coaches as his highlight reel - shifty, explosive, tough, great vision, catches passes - does he block and do dishes?

I have heard that Wayne WR Greg Orton absolutely ate Harrison alive at a passing camp last year, and that Harrison may be a little overrated. When I saw him play last year, he did not stand out, but then again, no one was throwing much his way. Ringer is the real deal. Period.

In the latest Rivals update Ringer states Ohio State is his favorite, not a surprise but it's the first time I've read it anywhere. Gotta think he'll be offered if he qualifies.
