I hate to be pessimistic but our track record with recruits this late in the recruiting season and wstripes validity on USC's recruiting doesn't make me get my hopes up.
My thoughts exactly, but I was afraid to say anything. If you point out our record toward the end of the recruiting season for any reason, you're branded as a chicken little. Anyways, I'd like to thank both wstripes and Nevada for their contributions in regards to JG, you guys keep this exciting. With out you we know far less.

I think his heart is at USC too, but I think he's smart enough to realize that Bush/White also thought they were the only backs for PC's future.
He has to like Tressel's commitment to his established RBs, such as Ross, despite more exciting new backs in Pittman or even another direction of running in Hall. That is something that someone can tell JG, whereas PC can't claim that he's a 1 back kind of guy.

So apparently there are two 4-star RBs that would still be there in 06 IF Bush-White left for the pros: Chauncey Washington and Desmond Reed, they were both 4-star RBs out of HS.

Why is everyone still talking about this kid?? He is going to USC! When has wstripes been wrong about a USC recruit?? I wish he would be a Buckeye, and feel he would be better off here, but the writing is on the wall!
