ESPN 300 defensive tackle Aubrey Solomon commits to Michigan over Alabama, Georgia and USC. The No. 63 ranked prospect overall gives Michigan 17 ESPN 300 commitments in the 2017 class, which is the most in the Big Ten.

They're recruiting well, and Urban is still smoking them. The talent gap is NOT closing, and they need it to.

As the day progresses, the analysts will start trumpeting the closes of FSU, USC, Harbaugh, and the awesomeness of Saban. It's what they do. But the fact that the Bucks were able to grab such a high level class early and keep them, shows the strength of this program. Not only that, almost half of the class will be enrolled, and being trained, by the time spring ball starts. I'll take that over flash and side shows like "Signing with the Stars" anyday.
