National Signing Day Discussion Thread

 at the Pedsters' recruiting class. #15 overall per 247--despite the fact you'd figure they'd be on a biggest roll after their great season--which seems OK until you look at their class: 21 signees, of which 11 are 4-stars and 10 are 3-stars.

Great seasons generally provide a boost to the following year's recruiting class. Last year they went 7-6 so they actually did very well with this year's class

they currently sit at #1 in '18 with 1 5* and 6 4*s so they got that going for them

With their upset of us, finishing strongly the last half of the season, winning the B1G CCG, and having that exciting game in the Rose Bowl, a solid recruiting head coach could've capitalized more on the success the Pedsters had since November than what Franklin did.

Agree to a degree, but this recruiting game is pretty much like "courting a female" (God, is "courting" even a word anymore). The guy that get's in the game first and is most persistent is the one that is gonna make the best impression. Hard for the Pedsters to come waving their 'BIG" banner and bogus win over the Buckeyes at a kid thats been "courted" by others for three years.

Peace
