Too much WWF and not enough basketball (and I'm getting tired of the posturing in NFL football too). Steps, palming and hand checking have taken all the fun out of the game for me.

I agree with you on that. The point I was trying to make is that there isn't some under a rock superstar on Maccabi. Japan still does have people that could make an MLB roster playing over there. No one Maccabi could make an NBA roster, and that's why the loss is all that more embarrasing as opposed to losing to the Japanese in baseball.

Wasn't this an exibition game? So why would the Raptors even care about the game...yet it was probably this Tel Aviv team's biggest game of the year. Good for Israel...it's a great win for them...and it means NOTHING to the NBA nor the Raptors. America doesn't even care about regular season NBA...they sure as heck aren't going to care about this. Personally, i'd rather watch the Pro Bowl than the NBA finals.
