WR Noah Rogers (transfer to N.C. State)

Jaxon Smith-Njigba went from like rated 300 to a 5 star.
Edit: I tend to agree with what you’re saying though. Although the most recent updates were favorable for a lot of commits in the 23 class moving up in overall ranking which I hadn’t seen in awhile

Except Tate. He dropped, almost certain to be a 4* now. But Rogers looks like he may be in line to pick up his 5th * in the composite when all the sites update their rankings. Either way, we have great talent @ WR coming in.

This was from the previous update I haven’t had time to look at the new one for today yet. No idea why Tate would have dropped 20ish spots though

Heard on Morning Five that Rogers is in danger of being flipped. Of course, I went to all my (albeit limited) reading sources, and have seen nothing. Is this just same-old, same-old, as local colleges look to bolster their recruits? Or where there's smoke, there's fire.....?

I don't see anything credible to this sweeping the internet, though i'm not an insider or expert either.
