Before he does or does not pick tOSU..... What's the deal with his drop in perceived talent? Thought I read somewhere his 40 times came in pretty slow? I'm not a great talent evaluator so I was just curious what the buzz is with him before it is considered sour grapes if we don't land him or scarlet glasses if we do. What's the general consensus on him?

we don't really know how well he will impact osu, if he were to choose, but we can say that jamal marcus was a little underrated coming out of the same highschool...thompson tearing up the same competition that jamal marcus was tearing up...

by the way how is marcus doing in the B1G? pretty well i would say...i think thompson is definitely worthy...

i would have to go back and check but i would think that he is rated higher than Devin Smith/chris fields coming out of high school, and we are doing well with those guys..so Urban can do it with just about anyone...so I have confidence in the guys he thinks can do it well

I don't think he's a "deep threat" He's a guy that can take a screen and bust it for a long one or make the tough catch over the middle, but he's not a guy that's going to stretch a defense like Josh Malone, Drake Harris, or our own Devin Smith.

I think people assume Fast=Deep Threat and that's not the case. Although the guys in the class are big play guys, I don't think they're necessarily deep threats.
