See who's going where in the chase for the 2016 College World Series title.

Ohio State's five wins in five days this past week is culminating in a reward many OSU baseball fans have been clamoring for.

After going 5-1 and capping their weekend with four wins in 48 hours -- largely due to weather related unfairness -- and a Big Ten title, the Ohio State Buckeyes are heading to their first NCAA Tournament regional since 2009.

A source told Land-Grant Holy Land before OSU's championship game against Iowa was complete that the Buckeyes had bid for a regional, but that was seen as a long shot at best with OSU on the proverbial bubble until their tournament winning run.

Greg Beals and the Big Ten champs will enter a Louisville regional field as the two seed with a chance to move on to a Super Regional with a shot to return to Omaha and for the first time since 1967, the College World Series. The Buckeyes will open Friday, June 3 at 2 p.m. ET on ESPN3 against three-seeded Wright State (44-15). The Cardinals are the No. 2 overall seed in the field. Western Michigan is the other team in the regional.

Here's how Ohio State reacted to finding out their seed:
