All those fans who thought their schools were safe from the Adidas thing because they were Nike schools. Who do you think Adidas was negotiating against?

It's pretty much beyond doubt at this point that Deandre Ayton was paid. But it's ok Sean Miller is still coaching and Jim Tressel got ran out of college sports

The latter two points really support the first one re: Avenatti's stupidity. How dumb do you have to be to try to blackmail a thoroughly lawyered up multi-billion dollar company with "information" that everyone with on Earth with half a brain would assume to be true even before you "bring it to light"? Looking forward to seeing this self-promoting asshole do a little time.

Avenatti tweets at 1 AM this morning "And Duke ..." :bored:

First of all, he abandons the planned tell-all press conference yesterday and sends two tweets instead, and now we get a 3rd tweet with no specific allegations at all. What a tease.

Probably the same way they have been doing it for some time.
Hold up. You're telling me that Duke and Coach K.......winners of multiple titles and amassers of immense talent year after year.....are somehow paying kids? Why would they pay kids when they've got kids like Zion turning down money to play for them for free. It just doesn't add up.
