    NCAA gets this one correct

Looks like someone at the NCAA has some sense. We gripe about them screwing things up, at least they had the decency to get this decision right ... eventually. I'm just happy this young man will get the opportunity to play ball after serving his country.

They don't deserve any credit for this. It's a no-brainer. The fact that they initially turned him down shows what kind of garbage organization this is.

Tibs, anytime the NCAA gets it right, it's news worthy.

They may have left out something like... "this kid is in the Army" in the first Application or something innane like that.

AK, that would be a pretty important piece of information to have forgotten. I'm guessing it had more to do with the number of credit hours he had taken and how many he was trying to make up before he shipped out to Irac. But it is the NCAA ... who knows?

Oh hell... You know the NCAA.. they probably forgot to fill in the Zip Code Box next to "Address Of Institution" and they sent it back for being in improper form.
