:biggrin: I know I had one on for sure....stayed on from friday afternoon, through the night's parties, made it to kegs and eggs at Papa Joe's saturday morning, and until I woke up sunday

Notre Dame has the distinction of being "one of those teams" that everyone has feelings about. You either love them or hate them. So, while they have a larger fan base than usual, just about everybody else hates them.

To answer your specific question pertaining to reputation, yes, I honestly think tOSU has a better reputation than ND. Perhaps because of ND's unusually large fanbase, they have a lot of ignorant, blow-hard fans, which tarnishes their reputation. All schools have this problem, but it seems abnormally large with ND. Additionally, while tOSU has had its share of problems recently, so has ND. ND biggest problem is the idiot fans who have nothing to do with the university except cheer for the football team. They are ignorant smack-talkers who honestly know nothing, yet talk like they do. I doubt you were around, but when our two schools met back in the mid-90's, there were too many examples of ND fan's idiocy to even list.
