Needed UNL to lose to help the Buckeyes. But by the end, I would have put one of those refs in my trunk. aTm was finger fucking a guys ass in the pile (video above), yet the Nebraska guy got 2, yes two!, personal fouls for kicking at the rapist....Really disgraceful for the Big IIX in my imo...

I'd say he was pretty much using the whole fist

Martinez still on the team

Fan sites and Twitter have been abuzz Sunday that Taylor Martinez is leaving the Nebraska football team.
Not true, says coach Bo Pelini.
World-Herald reporter Mitch Sherman reached Pelini Sunday night. Pelini said Martinez's status had not changed since the end of Huskers' 9-6 loss Saturday at Texas A&M.
"He's still on the team," the coach said.
Speculation quickly went viral Sunday after rumors began to fly early in the evening that Martinez had quit. By 9 p.m., his name was the No. 1 trending topic nationally on the Google search engine.
Asked if he expected Martinez to continue with the Huskers this week as they prepare for Friday's regular-season finale at home against Colorado, Pelini said yes.

Huskerland is really, REALLY [censored]ed off about the officiating. It's been building all year from Eric Martin's suspension against OSU, to dirty plays against ISU, and finally overflowed on Satruday.

Nebraska was flagged 18 times (16 were enforced) for a school record 145 yards. A&M was penalized 2 times for 10 yards. Going into the game, A&M was one of the most penalized teams in the conference.

It's interesting to hear takes from tOSU fans since you're not really biased one way or the other. I personally think the refs were giving it back to Pelini for how he berates them on the sidelines, but I'm in the minority of Husker fans. Most think it's a Big XII conspiracy to keep them out of the conference championship game.

Martinez is still with the team BTW. Too much drama for me...

I'd be inclined to believe that's related to their jumping-ship to the Big Ten -- how is Colorado faring with the Big 12 refs this year?

I caught the last part of the game. The personal foul that allowed aTm's last FG drive to continue was complete BS. I'll try to watch a DVR of the game in the next day or so to give an opinion on the overall game.

Didn't watch the whole game but we have video of a TAMU player trying to literally shove his fist up a Nebraska players ass and the Nebraska player getting penalized for it. Twice.

Call me crazy but I'm going to go ahead and jump to the conclusion they had it in for you guys.

The ref didn't see what was going on in the pile, otherwise it would have been flagged for sure. As in most cases, they only saw the retalliation. The only blatantly bad call was the late hit on 3rd and long (referenced earlier) that led to the winning FG. Very bad call.

Other than that, it was mostly the missed calls (like the pinching incdient) that is driving Husker fans crazy.

Colorado has been so bad, that none of their games have come down to officiating. Plus they haven't been a threat to win the conference, so there's no reason to start any conspiracy theories. That and sCUm (our version) sucks.
