I don't envy you OP. Last year I was the same way only the team had the complete opposite Sparty has. You never felt safe no matter how many points Ohio State put up. There was actually a period where I was straight up dreading watching the games because they were so stressful. Only thing I can recommend is realizing that stressing out over a damn sport isn't worth it.

If that doesn't work then yeah, lots of booze. And weed.

WOW that sucked. About the only positive from Saturday was my wife and I threw a bad ass tailgate. We had a theme of stick it to em and everything was on a stick. Went through 20 pounds of home made pork sausage, 5 pounds shrimp, 5 pounds steak, 8 pounds home made chicken sausage, and I personally had about 18-20 beers. Which is to say I barely made it into the game. Actually, we did not get cleaned up and into game until late in the first half. So I only had to endure about 1 half of horse crap football.
I can only say that I love Dantonio. He literally pulled the program out of the bottom half of the B10 and put it into the top half on a consistent basis. With that said I think he needs to retire and let someone else take over. The end of game coaching was horrific. I mean if you are going to constantly coach the game to be a 7-10 point affair you better be cool under pressure and he cracked for the first time since he has been in charge. He blinked, lost track of things, was not prepared however you want to say it, he screwed up. And he looked like he knew it after the game and at the post game presser.

My buddies and I have been in a bunker since the game because we can not bear to listen to the breakdowns by the radio and newspapers. It was easily the worst loss since he took over.

Pretty much what Valenti said, minus the food and beer, which was the best part of the post. Well done.

...and by all means stick around. We’ve got fans from several schools who are regulars. Would be cool to have a resident Spartan (said no Athenian ever), but this isn’t Athens
