New York Yankees (27x World Series Champions)

Well, maybe that's the way it is in Ohio... but not in Boston, most everyone is hard core and passionate. Everyone is in their seats in the first inning at Fenway... you don't find that too many other places.
yeah but those people in their seats in the first inning used to bitch and moan about buying championships. you don't hear that anymore. the red sox are the yankees without the wins.

but still....fuck the yankees first.

What's gay is all the Sox fans that suddenly appeared about 10 years ago. If they weren't so obnoxious and completely oblivious about everything, I wouldn't have the problem.

I swear, I won't know what I'll do if I hear another Sox "fan" complain about the Yankees buying their teams.
Probably before your time, but the same thing happened with yank fans in the mid-late '90's. Right around when I left for the AF (mid-'96), you couldn't find a yank (or sawks, for that matter) fan in NE Ohio. Fast forward about six months and their crawling out of the woodwork.

It's human nature to want to be associated with a winner. Me? I have a low self opinion, so I stick with the Browns, Tribe and Cavs (they won't win it this year, mark my words).

Suck it up and show some self-respect. It's not like you're a Cubs fan for god's sake.

Monday Night Walk-Off

I know there has been a lot of complaining lately from baseball fans about too many Yankee-Red Sox games on national tv and not enough other teams. I usually agree, but once again the game tonight was a classic.

Two 2-run homers in the bottom of the ninth and the entire team acting like a bunch of little league players. I have to admit that was a fun game to watch. Which is why all the sponsors and advertisers want these teams on as much as possible.
