NLOID schedule/process questions

Saw31

High Seas Rogue
How will we find out when recruits' LOIs are signed? Does tOSU start releasing the information or is there a press conference or something? The staff is allowed to start commenting on recruits after the letters are signed, correct? I'm sure circumstances are different for each recruit, but do they generally have their LOIs sent to their high schools? Some, if not most, would certainly still be minors, what does that mean legally (if anything at all) in regards to having parents/guardians signing/witnessing LOIs? Anyone who is familiar with the process/schedule of how this day works, I would certainly appreciate some explaination/overview. Thanks.

In the past 1460 as well as some of the Web sites (O-Zone, etc.) have done announcements every 15 mins. updating the list. Then OSU will usually hold a press conference in the afternoon to talk about who they signed. Every once in awhile someone doesn't get their LOI in by the afternoon and people start freaking out.

Yeah. I was wondering about that. Being that NLOID is a weekday, parents/guadians may not be able to skip work or whatever. I guess you could expect some letters may not be returned until the evening.
