Give me a fucking break - arrested for havin beer in a cup? Cops don't arrest you for that, or half the students in Uf would be in jail. They tell you to empty the cup, unless you muth off at them after they tell you to lose the beer.

Somthing else had to be going on, IMO.

Im just sad that he has glaucoma.:(

The first thing you are taught at college is to never carry an open container of any sort during a night in which you have been drinking. Cops just sit and wait for students to accidentally touch the sidewalk, since they cannot go onto the actual grass or green of a person's house.

Noah is an idiot, and he got caught, period.
