Hasn't coached since 2008. Hasn't had a top 10 offense in yards since 2003. Hasn't had a top 10 passing offense in yards or points since 2003. Hasn't had a top 10 offense in points since 2001. No playoff wins since 2002. Two playoff appearances in his last six years despite having a top 10 defense in both yards and scoring in five of those years.

I have a feeling if they weren't moving to Vegas, they would've just gotten rid of the water boy OC they have that destroyed their offense and stuck with the local guy that won 12 games last year.

Something (else) stinks at the Raiders facility



Asked if he saw the animal, Gruden replied: “You don’t have to see a skunk, you know?”

The perpetrator wasn’t found, but the smell was so pervasive, it made its way to the press box after the Raiders’ 33-13 loss to the Rams Monday. The reporters probably thought it was just the remnants of trading Khalil Mack or Derek Carr throwing three interceptions.

David Diehl: Raiders Gave JaMarcus Russell Blank Tapes to See If QB Watched Film

Appearing on New York's WFAN (h/t Andrew Marchand of the New York Post), former offensive lineman David Diehl said Raiders coaches used to give Russell blank tapes to determine if he was studying film.

Diehl noted Russell would come into the Raiders' facilities the day after receiving the tapes saying that he watched the blitz packages.

Gruden is a moron. Trade Khalil Mack, a good teammate and one of the truly top handful of defensive players in the NFL, just so you dont have to pay him, then turn around 7 months later and trade picks for a diva WR and give him a one of the biggest salaries at his position. I guess you are only allowed 1 rebuilding year, then it becomes win at all costs.
