The loyalty that UFM seems to get from his staff regarding his 2 year commitment is unreal. Have we seen anyone break it?

I have a feeling Vrabel did? but not sure
Vrabel worked as an OSU assistant for three seasons. One under Fickell, as LB coach, in 2011 and two under Urban, as DL coach, in 2012 and 2013.

The only assistant to leave before two seasons under Urban (and this hardly even counts) was Bill Sheridan, who left after about three weeks to take a job as DC with the Buccaneers, back in 2012. Quite frankly, it worked out for the best since Sheridan leaving opened up the door for Kerry Coombs.

Ryan Day Promoted to Offensive Coordinator at Ohio State

Ryan-Day-B1G.jpg

Ryan Day, the second-year Ohio State quarterbacks coach who also was co-offensive coordinator this past season, has been promoted to offensive coordinator by Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer. Day will continue to coach the Ohio State quarterbacks and work with Kevin Wilson to lead the Ohio State offense with additional adjustments to his responsibilities forthcoming.

Entire article: https://theozone.net/2018/01/ryan-day-promoted-offensive-coordinator-ohio-state/

So are both Wilson and Day Offensive Coordinators now? Everyone except Davis and Studrawa are coordinators and/or associate/assistant head coaches.
