2025 OH RB Marquise Davis (Kentucky Verbal)

I would be happy with Jackson and Davis.
I said the same thing early and would still be pumped on that. But neither one I have over Davison, and honestly not that close. Coach Lock is definitely right to prioritize him, especially having the relationship. But that probably puts us in a position to pick Bo or Davis if we get him. Personally I just think Davis is more explosive and versatile, though I like Jackson a lot.

A little disconcerting to lose arguably the best 2 in state backs the last 2 years to the cheaters.

I blame it all on Alford
Except Alford landed a RB as good as the OH RB in '24, and Locklyn will land a RB in '25 as good as the OH RB...
Not a loss in any way, and OSU will also land a RB that is actually rated higher in some lists in Jackson in '25.

I'd also add that the talent being surrounded by the RBs coming to OSU is far superior than who has been heading north. So the OSU RBs will be set up to succeed more than their scUM counterparts.

Always appreciate you bringing the best information! I know we can’t bring them all into the fold anymore. Just hate seeing this talent go there.

The Cleveland (Ohio) Cleveland Heights four-star running back was one of the standout performers Sunday. The do-it-all back has been busy this offseason. He’s taken visits to Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri and others recently. He’s been evaluating the personalities of all the coaches and who he can relate to.
Kentucky, Michigan and Missouri are the programs standing out to him right now. He’s looking for a program that can make him better as a man and a player.
