Wayne (Huber Heights, OH)
Ht: 6'5"
Wt: 200 lbs
Class: 2018 (High School)

L'CHRISTIAN SMITH COULD BE BIG TIME 2018 PROSPECT
Although he's only got one offer at the moment, there's no doubt that Wayne (Huber Heights) 2018 wide receiver L'Christian Smith is a player to watch in Ohio. A 6-foot-5, 200-pound sophomore for the Warriors, Smith is talented basketball player and a dynamic football player. He's savvy enough that he was likely to be the starting quarterback for Wayne if Michigan State pledge Messiah deWeaver hadn't transferred in and his football days are really just getting started.

Outside of TE/HB else can he grow into? Or should I not assume that he'd stay on offense?

TE primarily at this point. I think he is more than likely a TE by the time he gets through a full season of a college weight program. Either way, I see him as a dynamic pass catcher. If he keeps on growing, there is talk he could have even more upside at DE. And he is also quite the talented basketball player, so you also have to keep an eye on that. Hope he sticks with football though, he could be a freak at the next level.

This kid would be a perfect match with the WR class brought in for 2016 and may be an epic 2017 class. And I'm sure 2018 may only have 2 WRs with Smith being one
