That went down in a hurry

State Penn damage control working OT today

It's hit M-Zone and EDSBS today.

You know you're in trouble when random college football fans have sympathy for the way Ohio State fans are treated at a game! :tongue2:

Men. They look like drunk assholes, but no big deal. No harm done. The other shit is fucking sick.

I happens, it sucks but it does happen and it happens quite a bit. Yearly the Chargers/Raiders game has hundreds of people taken away in handcuffs, and that's in San Diego, no idea what it's like in Oakland. I have never understood where the mentality comes from, fans don't play for the teams, they support them, these are sports teams, not gangs or anything that should ever come close to that.

It's disgusting, stupid and taking away a lot of the fun of going to a game. I don't mind going and seeing jawing back and forth, or trash talking, that's all good natured, but some people just take it too far.

Really though, what can you do about it? No drinking at the games? Stop tailgating? All of that takes away from a lot of the fun that goes with the games, tailgating is a past time, having a few beers when you go to a sports event isn't required but let's be honest here, football is a really good excuse to drink.
