I still love Brewster in the rain:

Brutus taunting Stevie Brown during the stiff arm:

the horror on the Homan fumble recovery:

    and the destruction of Gholston:

but it is certainly one of my favorites. I love the corner's assumption that he's catching that football.

With the defenders hands in the way, it would just look awkward without him in it.

I can clean it up more if you want, but it will take me time.

My unofficial tally from watching the tape:

    Miami OH

    11 Drops
2 Passes Broken Up (would've been caught)
4 Open WR, Errant Throw (still grazed/hit hands)

Through 3 quarters of play, no less.

Those are some staggering numbers. Zac will have NFL receivers helping him out soon enough.

buckeyes_rock Great day to be a Buckeye

Rewatching the game...Urban was really ticked in the 3rd qtr when Kenny tried to throw a quick hitter over the middle to Jake and there was miscommunication. Who's misread do you guys think that was? Just curious...

I"m not overly concerned with the offense. It seemed quite vanilla. Jordan Hall coming back will be HUGE. Those counter-trey's were a favorite of Urby's (And Harvin's) at UF.

Hall might not have that top end speed, but his first step is just as quick - very excited to see what they look like with Hall in the line-up.

If they had connected on that pass it would've been a very long gain if not a was the perfect call against the defensive set.

It was. My reaction was the same as UFM's. Y'all just didn't see me on TV.

Really looking forward to that play be executed properly in future games. It's been a long time since we've had a consistent over the middle play that looked as good as that could have looked.

I think he meant did Stoneburner run it wrong or did Guiton throw the wrong way?

It looked to me like Stoneburner just didn't expect the pass that early.

Nice job, but why not leave in the outline of the ground so everyone can see how far high he had to jump  ? My $0.02
