Game Thread Ohio State at Michigan State, 11/19/16, 12p ET ESPN/WatchESPN

Wouldn't feel bad if you found out someone who bullied you in grade school became physically and mentally handicapped later on in life?

This MSU team is flat out bad, not a "ok" team that caught some bad breaks and ended up with a bad out record, they are just bad.

Even if the weather is bad, it might be like a 24-3 game, but not as "close" as the score indicates.

Which means Josh King, a true freshman who looks like a future beast, will be starting. But injuries are piling up for MSU.

Dantonio took two players OSU was recruiting at WR and moved them both to corner. True freshman Justin Layne from Benedictine will start at the field corner. HS All-American WR and true freshman Donnie Corley is the backup boundary corner and likely the nickel. He backs up Darian Hicks from Solon.

This will be a very young MSU defensive line. This bodes well for OSU who has struggled controlling the line of scrimmage against MSU in recent losses. Misdirection against their young DL should work wonders. OSU is only giving up 3.7 TFL/game which is top 5 nationally. I don't expect their young DL to do much better. Moving Samuel around to create mismatches like they did in the last two games should be imperative as well.

O'Connor has settled down since the Wisconsin game and they are asking him to make shorter throws, which I expect to continue against OSU's press coverage. OSU is giving up a nation-low 5.3 yards/attempt. Michigan held O'Connor to 7/14 for 84 yards, 1 TD/1 INT and OSU's secondary is playing at a much higher level. I would expect ample pressure rushing four and the opportunity to force O'Connor into some bad throws.
