Game Thread Ohio State at Penn State, 10/22/16, 8:00pm ET ABC/WatchESPN

I think there is legit cause for concern. Last week was physical as hell. It's tough to bring the wood multiple games in a row, especially with the physicality of last weekend.

PSU isn't nearly the team OSU is, but they have talent and players. And they are coming off a bye week. This is absolutely a tough spot for the Bucks to be in.

PSU will be juiced up for Primetime in what is their biggest game of the year now, and we have to get up a second week in a row against a team who has 2 weeks of rest and 2 weeks of game film to prep.

If our athletic department is livid behind the scenes, it'd be rightfully so. This is the type of stuff that stays behind the curtain, but this was a ridiculous scheduling flaw.

If we win big, give props to this team.
Apparently you slept through the second half of the Wiscy game. The Bucks fucking took over and flat out owned the second half, save for one Wiscy drive. Not many teams--young ones at that--regardless of talent walk into Madison and do that. If Ped State isn't on their A+ game tomorrow night, shit will get ugly for them real quick...

I don't see anywhere in his post where he disparaged the Wiscy win. His point, a valid one, is a tough win like that can take a lot out of a team. Meanwhile, PSU is fresh and will have a big homefield advantage.

That said, tOSU 38 PSU 17

Okay, this and the week thread are going to get awesome! I just need somebody to get me beer. Due to construction (new gas lines) I have to park, like, four buildings down.

As Aristotle once said: laziness versus beer is the problem of all great dudes.

So, I need a dude-favor. I tip well.

I agree somewhat but the big difference is that PSU's talented players are not to be found along either line of scrimmage or in their LB core.

It's all about match up's and they lack some key variables of the equation that has been proven to give OSU trouble.
