Game Thread Ohio State @ Nebraska, 10/14/17 @ 7:30 ET (FS1)

The over is tricky. The weather might not be conducive for throwing a lot. So that limits NU from throwing a ton. But if they get behind early, they might not have an option. And that equals Tanner Lee serving up some questionable balls. As a homer, I see a 56-13 type score.

Yeah, the weather is also a big part of me not liking the over. I think I'm going to take us to cover and be done with it. Like you said, they have to throw? And a QB who likes to throw to DBs? Could be some points there.

I'm thinking 35-10 because we keep it on the ground after getting a jump on them.

Saturday Night
A 30 percent chance of showers, mainly before 7pm. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly clear, with a low around 41. Windy, with a north northwest wind 16 to 26 mph, with gusts as high as 36 mph. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

I get the feeling we're going to find out of JT's throwing has actually improved. Remember, last year when the weather turned [Mark May]ty, the passing game COMPLETELY dried up.
Thing is if it becomes a "who can run the ball" competition then that really favors us

Their play makers are at WR and we are much more enabled to go with the run game.

One things for sure though and that's if the weather is bad don't force the pass. Just destroy them on the ground and win the game

Beautiful Fall day in Ohio and no better day to root on our Buckeyes!

HERE WE GO BUCKEYES, HERE WE GO!!!

You think our boys didnt see those upsets last night? Oh you can bet they did and after the week they've had getting creamed for special teams play, they're going to dial up an epic masterpiece tonight in Lincoln. We haven't gone all out in the run game yet this season and when we do, it'll be a mauling. Tonight might just be the night. Nebraska doesn't have the horses - at all. Buckeyes get it going early and often with Dobbins and Weber with a splash of JT, Ben Victor and Parris Campbell. Too much for corn, even in bad weather. 48-13 Buckeyes. Give the points and take the over. 8D

Doesn't look like it will rain, I know our ground game is superior and I hear what everyone is saying, but I just don't like bad weather on the road. Seems to always go bad for us, maybe I'm wrong. Real question is do we cover the spread? I have a friend in Nevada and I'm considering putting some shekels on us covering the spread, but it's a little high.
