Game Thread Ohio State @ Penn State - 09/29/18, 7:30PM (ABC)

Trace is a sub 50% passer this year without all the talent from the past few years.

Against Pitt, Kent State and Appalachian State.

They have played 4 straight nobody's once they pound Illinois this next weekend. It will be such a shock for them talent wise when they play us IMO. TCU is IMO miles better than PED across the board and that includes QB.

IMO this will be a 48-24 type of win or worse. I'm not fooled by their last two big wins what so ever. Pitt had it close in the third and quit and Kent was at 21-10 before caving.

They are infamous for tacking on late scores to make their games look worse.

They wont be able to stop our offense and IMO they don't have the horses on their offense.

Can't freaking wait

OSU has big talent edge along both LOS but make no mistake, the baseball swinging slappy can hurt this back 7

one thing I have seen from their games is a metric shit ton of drops. Not sure how good the receiving talent is or if it's just not ready for prime time yet.

The running back is another one of those guys who can house an 80+ yarder if you misstep so...........

When No. 4 Ohio State visits No. 10 Penn State on Sept. 29, the teams will once again clash under the lights in a “White Out” game at Beaver Stadium.

Penn State Athletics announced the pivotal Big Ten game will be broadcast nationally by ABC with a 7:30 p.m. kickoff.

This is the fourth-straight trip to Penn State in which the Buckeyes will face a “White Out” crowd in primetime. The Buckeyes are 2–1 in such games, having won 35-23 in 2012 and 31-24 in double-overtime in 2014, but suffered defeat, 21-24 in 2016.

Not a chance. One of these fucking pieces of shit sold their soul to make sure Penn State doesn't sink to where they belong. Worst scandal in college sports at the time? Crippling sanctions that should've sent them into a couple decades of irrelevance? Losing the first replacement coach to the NFL so soon? Just a complete lack of talent as compared to Ohio State? Explain why we don't kick the shit out of this garbage ass team year in and year out. This'll be a single digit game. They always play way above their talent level for us.

Fuck them all.

So then you expect them to somehow stop the offense we have when they couldn't even do that last year with JT? Regardless of losing 8 on D.

Also they're going to score more than last year with a much less explosive offense?

They have had absolutely zero prep for this game. Talk about having a big step up in competition.

I agree that someone sold their soul to get their sanctions lifted though I will say that.

All of this... Diet Manziel has made a career off of deep 50/50 balls in HV. The good news, as you’ve stated is Gesicki and Hamilton are long gone, and their big name receiver Juwan Johnson has had the dropsies all season long.

They do however have 3 very capable backs, Hamler in the slot, and a blue print (TCU) they can follow...but the question will be if Rahne can follow the blueprint with additional wrinkles exploiting the back seven deficiencies...Moorhead would’ve, but the jury’s still out on Rahne.

JMO of course.
