Game Thread Ohio State @ Penn State - 09/29/18, 7:30PM (ABC)

I want a 15 yard penalty for mocking is pussy ass baseball swing.

I would love to see Chase Young get a 15 yarder for mocking it when he sacks the little runt; then have the B1G office get forced into conceding that McSorely should be penalized for it too; then hear the whining in slappy valley about how "OSU ruins everything".

Personally I don't mind when kids have fun; I'm just sick to death of the way it's handled so unevenly. Other leagues all have more fun than the B1G, and some B1G officials let some players get away with more than others.

All of this... Diet Manziel has made a career off of deep 50/50 balls in HV. The good news, as you’ve stated is Gesicki and Hamilton are long gone, and their big name receiver Juwan Johnson has had the dropsies all season long.

They do however have 3 very capable backs, Hamler in the slot, and a blue print (TCU) they can follow...but the question will be if Rahne can follow the blueprint with additional wrinkles exploiting the back seven deficiencies...Moorhead would’ve, but the jury’s still out on Rahne.

JMO of course.
If we just play sound defense and keep everything in front of us I like us. Cannot give up those lob balls and it would be huge if we came down with 1-2 for some turnovers.

I think TCU has different horses (faster) on both sides of the ball. What I truly think will make the biggest difference is we are tested and we know what it's like to play someone who can punch back. They absolutely have not had that experience and I think that's just too much to ask going from poor teams to our talent.

PEDs defense (20 yards less a game than ours) is a little better than ours but thats with playing App State (56th), Kent (85th), Pitt (107th) and Illinois (77th).

Our defense has played OreSt (16) and TCU (40) So our defense has been signifcantly more stressed than theirs. Going from App State (gave up 31 defensive points) as their best offense faced to ours I believe will take some time for them to adjust.
