As if the Michigan-Ohio State rivalry game Tuesday night needed extra juice, the Buckeyes will honor Evan Turner in a halftime ceremony. [ MORE: Get all of our latest Big Ten pros coverage ] Among the festivities, Turner, the 2010 national player of the year and No. 2 pick in the 2010 NBA Draft, will have his No. 21 raised to the rafters at Value City Arena. Turner shot 50 percent and averaged 15 points, 6.8 rebounds, 4.1 assists, 1.6 steals and 0.7 blocks in his three seasons in Columbus, Ohio.
