Washington already gets borderline starter minutes does he not. Ahrens...ehh what I've seen of him is arguably slightly worse than Woods offensively and worse defensively. I'm all for getting the young guys some experience but something tells me ya'll won't be that patient lol. Feels like a rock and a hard place with this roster.

woods has averaged 25 minutes in conference play while washington has averaged 15. while i can't exactly say that washington has staked his claim to more minutes, i'd like to see those averages flipped. if i'm choosing between two similar players, i'm defaulting to the guy who's actually going to be here next year. furthermore, i think everyone can agree that washington has a higher ceiling than woods. ride or die with the guy who actually makes you smile every now and then.

For some reason it feels like Washington has been getting equal minutes to Woods. Yeah I'd start Washington over Woods but who knows, maybe Washington doesn't have the conditioning to play that many minutes.
