Ohio State vs. Marshall (2004)

Man this makes me miss Darrion Scott.. did that boy not have a way of getting at least one good lick on every big time QB he went against. Trust me I am not saying Stan " Would you please leave the bar Mr. Arden sir" Hill is a big time QB but I just recall Scott always laying the wood on some poor QB.

I look for them to run lots of draws screens and very quick passes to keep us from killing him. Lets face it Marshall may suck but their coaches arnt stupid. They wont drop ole Stan back in the pocket so we can eat his lunch the whole day. He will be throwing a lot of passes to the stands if he is smart.

I agree with Craigblitz, Darrion Scott was the man for QB smashing.

That one he put on Gesser in '02 was just absolutely brutal

Gino G's was second worst

During Marshall's Last Drive...

I noticed Simon Fraser was moved down to DT and D'Andrea played left side defensive end. Now I'm of the opinion using D'Andrea as a rush end in certain situations is not a demotion in any way and has nothing to do with how good a middle linebacker he is or can be. Fraser got a nice push up the middle during the last series. Perhaps he plays a little more inside this year? I'd like to see Carpenter get a chance to rush off the edge as well. With Kudla out I wonder how much more of this alignment we see, especially in passing situations.

Who replaces Frost at TE then? We aren't exactly loaded at TE right now.

I think that's the problem. Frost is listed as the #3 TE on the most recent depth chart so I don't think he's moving back to DE yet. I'd just like to see him get healthy and contribute somewhere.
