I also made Chile Rellenos from the Poblanos I'm growing. I charred the outside to peel the waxy skin off, cut a slit in them and stuffed them with this pepperjack cheese my wife got from Yutzy's farm market. Rolled them in flour, then dipped them in an egg mixture and fried them. Man, were they hot. I had to drink the beer I had sitting there and I'm even MORE smoked.

Edit, in 1910 Otterbein was defeated 14-5! And Denison was a 5-5 tie, so it looks like Denison in 1910 is the answer.

Nice.....I’ve got 50-60 chile peppers drying in the oven. I think most of the moisture is gone now that my sinuses have stopped burning. Either that or I’ve permanently damaged something in there.
