Christ, I had such a great stand of jalapenos last year I literally canned 4 pints of chopped, 3 pints of whole and 3 quarts of chopped peppers. I learned my lesson a few years ago and wore those plastic gloves they use in bakeries. They are damned good (the peppers, not the gloves). So, I had to drink even MORE beer and got EVEN MORE smoked.
