Can the Buckeyes help their NCAA Tournament resume? Watch and discuss with us here.

It's now or never for Ohio State basketball, as the Michigan State Spartans, who are 22-5 on the year and rank third overall in the KenPom rankings come to Columbus. The Buckeyes enter the contest with an 18-10 record, and slim NCAA Tournament hopes. They can help their case with a win over Sparty.

The Spartans have played well in February, after having a three-game skid in the middle of January. Their only loss in their past seven games came on February 9, a one-point overtime loss in West Lafayette to Purdue. The Spartans' greatest concerns at this juncture revolve around their Big Ten Tournament and NCAA Tournament seedings.

For the Buckeyes, Jae'Sean Tate's status for this game is uncertain, as he deals with a shoulder injury. If Tate is unable to play, it would be a pretty big blow for the Buckeyes, who have won four consecutive games heading into Tuesday night's contest. At the very least, the hope is he doesn't miss the remainder of the season. If he is in fact out, expect to see more of Kam Williams, and hope that the rest of the Buckeyes step up.
