Ohio State Women's Tennis (2022 B1G Champs)

Preview of the ITA indoor kickoff weekend tournament is on the official site. Top 15 ranked teams are given opportunity to host the play in rounds.

Not many schools have both programs in the top 15, but Bucks are one of the 7 dual gender sites.
Men start Friday 10 am vs Utah
Ladies start Sat. 10 am vs FSU.

Lady Bucks in a top ten showdown claimed an impressive come back at #9 ranked Vanderbilt today,
They dropped the dubs point and #2 singles for a 0-2 deficit.
First singles Francesca took care of business against the #2 ranked ITA singles player.
Then Bucks added points at #3, 4, and 5, to claim a 4-2 win in Music City.
Next up the ladies will travel east to Connecticut for the Prestgious national indoor tourney this weekend.

Friday at 9 am, the lady Bucks begin a quest for the national team indoor title.
They have earned the #6 seed and will face sec conf, opponent Auburn in the first round.
Auburn is strong in dubs (3 top 60 ranked teams) and deep in singles (5 ITA top 125 ranked players).
If dubs point goes to the tigers, OSU will need to find 4 points out of 6 singles.
Best chances for Bucks wins are at #1, 3, 4, and 6.

Fresh off her victory over #28 ranked Vandy opponent, Buckeye Senior Gabby DeSantis was awarded the B1G athlete of the week!
