O.J at it again but, to me it sounds like a set up and his bail was only 125,ooo so its not like all those charges must not be that stronge.

I know he got away with murder but, some how gets it for this weak charge.

he's girlfriend looks like the one he killed and his sister needs to shave her mustache. lol

um, have you read anything about this case and these charges that he faces?

for starters he faces Armed Robbery Charges in a state that is VERY anti gun, add the kidnapping charge on there, and now he is looking at MANY years in prison if found guilty

LAS VEGAS -- O.J. Simpson and three other men were each charged today with 10 felonies -- including kidnapping, burglary and assault with a deadly weapon -- in connection with the alleged theft last week of sports memorabilia from a hotel room in an off-Strip casino.

Simpson, 60, and the men each face charges of conspiracy to commit a kidnapping, coercion with a deadly weapon, burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery and two counts each of first-degree kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon, robbery with use of a deadly weapon and assault with a deadly weapon. They also face one misdemeanor count of conspiracy to commit a crime.

I'm assuming in this case the "kidnapping" is holding the "victims" against their will in the hotel room... same as "hostage taking?"

No time to look it up, I'm sure the lawyers are on their way.
