Ok, can't figure it out

How do you post a link where you've changed the title of the link.. that is, instead of seeing http://www.howthehelldoyouchangethis.com you see Right Here

In advanced reply, type in some text, then highlight it and click on the "world" icon in the middle of the second row. Then it should let you put in any link to the text you selected.

when posting a new message click on the little globe with the chain link below it. It's in the same line as the Bold, Underline, quote, picture icons. It says INSERT HYPERLINK. The first box that pops up will ask what text you want displayed. Then next box will ask for the link... just insert and press ok.
