LeCharles Bentley really thought a lot of his skill and ability so that's a good indicator. He'll probably be the starter at RT next year. Thank God he has worked out as a tackle prospect!

It will be interesting to see who starts where next year. I could see jack starting at RT, and underwood at guard also.

Why does a tackle need to be 6 6 again? Just because they typically can weigh over 300 lbs and be more athletic than a 6 2 300+ lineman? Is that the only reason?
Its more of the arm length to block at a distance. In general, I think that LT's definitely need to have a typical frame (6'6, lengthy) then the RT's need to be. I wouldn't think that 6'3 would prevent anything. Plenty of quality starting tackles in the BIG have had a smaller frame.

Rob Sims is a good example of a player that was at least decent at LT with a smaller frame, although he played there out of necessity and his more natural position is guard.

Underwood could have very long arms for his height....or he could have great feet that could make up for not having long arms......maybe he is just naturally a good pass blocker. I am sure there is a reason he has been put in the two deep. Kid looks athletic. Go Bucks

This Saturday will be the coming out party for my boy Antonio Underwood. I've been impressed with him ever since he arrived on campus. Future 3-year starter. Will play Tackle and Gaurd and will dominate both. Hopefully no "false starts" this week since he's playing for Shugarts. He's A Strong Man!
