RIP Neutron Man... Real Buckeye fans will miss you. I have a strong feeling that Neutron Man will live on, in Jumbotron form, for many years to come.

By the way, TBDBITL's Neutron Dance is one of the few songs I'm missing from my collection. Does anyone have an mp3 they are willing to send me? PM me, and thanks.

1. I'm taking my girlfriend to her first game this Saturday and I couldn't wait for the band to play the Neutron Dance and to show her the only and only Neutron Man. Just another special thing I was looking forward to showing her that makes Ohio State football great.

2. They BETTER have some type of memorial or something to remember him. The band should do something, or somebody should do something. Nobody can live forever...but he was Buckeye through and through and you knew he would be that way until the last day of his life...and he was. I remember just seeing him dance at the Marshall game. And what a great game for him to see as his last at the Shoe.

3. The band should still play the Neuton Dance...but instead of turning to their right towards B deck to play...point towards heaven...cuz you know he'd still be dancing up there and rooting for another Buckeye victory!

I'm glad he got to see the 2002 season before he went!

Neutron Man was at the Marshall game and did a dance right in front of me. Little would I know....

I still remember that '98 Michigan game too. I was standing right next to him before the rushing of the field. My buddy and I looked at each other and said, "hey, it's the Neutron Man. Alright!!" He earned that kind of recognition. RIP...

In 2001 at Hineygate my daughter said to me, "dad, that's the Neutron Man over there". "I want to take your picture with him". Which she did. I have that picture here with my favorite pictures. He was a great guy.

At the NC State game he was down in front of the Alumni Band and did his thing. He was only about 100 feet away from me and as I watched him I realized that he was really pushing to keep going after about 20 seconds. I could tell because I am his age and overweight also and I know that feeling of "oh shit, I gotta stop this before I have a heart attack".

God Bless You Orlas, you brought Buckeye fever to millions of Buckeye fans.
You will be missed.
