Marcus Hooker--brother of you know will be visiting this weekend

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- It was kind of funny to hear Malik Hooker describe his brother the way everyone describes him.

"He's a freakish athlete," Hooker said Monday.

Really?

OK -- Ohio State is listening.

Marcus Hooker is a 6-foot, 185-pound, four-star prospect who is rated in the 247Sports composite rankings the No. 28 cornerback in the 2018 class. He has four scholarship offers, ones from West Virginia, Temple, Bowling Green and Toledo. His recruitment has yet to really take off.
Another Malik Hooker? Marcus Hooker, a four-star CB, to visit Ohio State this weekend: 'He's a freakish athlete'

YES! More advanced at the same stage than Malik! He's been playing football longer, as its his primary sport. Malik's primary sport was basketball in HS

All that being said, Marcus isn't on the same level when it comes to athleticism as his brother.

No, and I agree with that. Malik's basketball background helped a lot with that athleticism. Usually guys who are very good basketball players can translate that to the football field(Cris Carter, Randy, Moss, Terrell Owens, Jimmy graham, Julius Peppers, Antonio Gates, etc). Marcus is a pure football player, which is not a bad thing, as he's rated higher than his brother was in HS
