1. Plunger Rape
The act of violating an orifice with a plunger. Now, we've got two objects involved here, the plunger, and the orifice.

The plunger can be any plunger that is handy. If you are perpitrating a plunger rape, you may not have time to visit the hardware store and pick out something fancy to set the mood. But if you have time, go and check out the plunger aisle. You'll be surprised at the variety of plungers available, colors, styles, sizes (size according to your intended victim).

Now, the orifice: The plunger destination has a lot to do with your mood at the time. If you're in an angry, vile mood, you're going to want to stuff this baddy one of the more uncomfortable holes. Generally, stuff shoved into the hiney is not well received, or so I've read on the internet. If it's a loving, tender plunger rape, like to celebrate an anniversary, you might want to try a location a little more lubricated. I can't hold your hand here people, let your imagination run free.

Things can get nastier from there... there is the NYPD Plunger Rape Special (or NYPDPRS, for short) where the handle of the plunger is broken, and, well, you can imagine the following steps. You may want to break out a drop cloth if you're planning on trying a NYPDPRS at home, or attempt in an abandoned building or the like.

The Buckeyes should curb stomp these pumpkins with a plunger for a prime time blowout. What will probably happen is we'll give a freshman QB all all day to throw to wide open receivers. I'd expect us to pull away in the second half after we finally make defensive adjustments at halftime.

We are like the Colts with Payton Manning on offense and Freeney/Mathis on defense. If we're ahead in the 2nd half, our defense will look lights out because teams have to throw on us and we rush the passer very well. Otherwise, our defense is mediocre and cannot win us a game. We need to quickly get PSU into the catch-up phase of the game as I think our pass rush can rattle the freshman qb. Cover your eyes until then though.

Some random thoughts;
  • After seeing the Iowa game I feel even more strongly that the TE centric offense PSU runs can hurt the OSU defense.
  • They also have had 2 weeks to prepare and unlike Iowa have a legit game changing threat at WR.
  • I can't currently imagine how many wide open receivers there are going to between Robinson and the TE's.
  • On the plus side for OSU, I don't think PSU has anywhere near the talent/toughness along either line that Iowa did. It will all come down to getting pressure on Hackenberg. As with most freshmen, he doesn't react well to it.
  • Did I mention that the PSU offense can shred this OSU back 7 if the QB gets enough time?
  • I am at a complete loss with trying to think of an OSU back 7 as completely inept at covering people as this one. I'm mentally all the way back to the late Earle, early Cooper years which is not a good place to be.
  • I'm moving my "magic number" prediction up to 40 rather than my usual 30. The defense has to keep PSU under 40 because I don't think the PSU D can keep the OSU offense under 40.
  • Unless some weather moves in, take the Over

I would hope the defense will play PSU like they did in the second half against Iowa...aside from Reeves getting caught looking in the backfield and getting burnt for the long TD, the defense played pretty well.

On the offensive side, aside from the kneedown to end the first half and the clock-draining final drive of the game where we were just killing the clock, we scored on six of seven "real" drives, including 3 TDs and a FG in the first four drives of the second half. We should be able to wear down the PSU defense fairly quickly...

I agree, I don't think the PSU D has an answer for the OSU offense and I'm also with you that the OSU D will get a lot of pressure on Hackenberg.

However, IF they can keep him upright/roll the pocket/whatever it takes to somehow give him time then there are going to be receivers open. Big time.

It will take a lot of OSU help for PSU to win this game but they have enough pieces of the equation to score some points and possibly even play ball control with the short passing game to keep the OSU O off the field. I don't think they can do it for 60 minutes but they can do it some.

Hopefully I'm wrong and the D just comes out swinging plungers.
